Quality Assurance Record Reviewer – Home Health

We are seeking a full-time and/or Part-time Quality Assurance Reviewer of clinical documentation and OASIS.  This position is responsible for the auditing of OASIS documentation in patient records in support of our philosophy and standards.

Position Details:

Responsibilities:

  • Audit electronic charts that may include Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurance to assure compliance with State and Federal regulations.
  • Serve as the primary interface between nursing staff, patient care services, and information services.
  • Collaborates with clinical managers and contributes to quality improvement activities related to patient care.
  • Ensure the highest quality of care is provided and compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements as well as established departmental policies and procedures.
  • Ensures accuracy & completeness of patient records.
  • Working knowledge of home care reimbursement and Oasis documentation.
