- In 2018, the Walpole Area VNA merged with the Natick VNA to form the Natick Walpole VNA.
- Computers transformed how we worked from manual to automated processes; email allowed instant communication & smartphones allowed people to be reached anywhere.
- In 2016, a significant shift from paper charts to electronic medical records allowed electronic billing and the use of iPads to document patient visits.
- Even the aesthetic changed with nurses transitioning from capes and caps to scrubs and office staff shedding suits for more casual dress.
